At Twelvetooo, we aim to deliver your order safely, efficiently, and with full transparency every step of the way.

1. Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Coverage & Warehouses

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • European Union countries
  • Japan
  • Selected international destinations

To ensure faster delivery, orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouses, including:

  • United States
  • Germany
  • Japan
  • China

The shipping warehouse is automatically assigned based on product availability and the destination address. We always prioritize the nearest available warehouse whenever possible to reduce delivery time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Some remote regions may not be eligible for delivery.

Remote U.S. regions may include (but are not limited to):
Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping warehouse and destination:

United States / EU / Japan (Local Warehouse Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 Business Days
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 Days
  • Total Shipping Time: 6–10 Business Days

International Shipping (China Warehouse)

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 Days
  • Total Shipping Time: 11–22 Business Days

These are estimated timeframes. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier operations. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates:

  • Orders $70 USD and above: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below $70 USD: $8 USD shipping fee

5. Duties & Taxes

For most shipments, import duties and taxes are covered by Twelvetooo, so customers typically do not need to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.

We cover all import duties and taxes. The total price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees by customs.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours after the shipment is dispatched.

You can use it to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.

7. Shipping Information Responsibility

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts due to absence
  • Customs clearance issues requiring additional information

If a package is returned due to these reasons, reshipping fees may apply.

8. Delays & Unexpected Issues

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, external factors may occasionally cause delays, such as:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions or peak season delays

We actively monitor all shipments and will assist you in tracking or resolving any delivery issues.
