The projector itself is wonderful, my kids love it and use it every night, but the customer service is *phenomenal* and went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered issues. Highly recommend.

This is a nice projector. Illuminates the room well, imaging and sound quality are also great. It’s size is convenient, not too big not too small.

The 3D Galaxy Projector creates a stunning starry night with 90 different 3D scenes. Perfect for bedrooms. My kids love it so much. It transforms any space into a planetarium with vibrant, immersive visuals. Easy to use and great for relaxation or creating a calming ambiance. Remote is easy to use. The projector works great.

It projects best on a white, flat background like your ceiling. We have it propped on a nightstand at a 5 feet distance from the ceiling. The further the distance, the less clarity you'll experience. Having black out curtains or a really dark setting really makes a difference. The stars and galaxy selection are quite immersive.

I understand that the main purpose of the unit is the art/projection but the speaker could use improvement. On low volume the frequency is well balanced. As you increase the gain, the mids and lows try to push beyond what the speaker can accommodate clearly. The sound just becomes less pleasing. Nowadays, we're spoiled with high fidelity audio and we tend to expect it from anything we come across with. The kids will not know the difference.

Such a fun experience. I think, I will place this against a blank wall outside during Halloween for the kids to enjoy. I'll just need to make sure that I have enough hand out.

The visuals are great, really do give a great 3D effect in a dark room.
It's also quite easy to use. I'd just like to be able to either remove, bypass or select a sublist of the 3D videos to play in a loop.
Currently, you can only either loop through 1 or all.

it’s pretty good. Of course it’s not 3-D. I wish it could be less Halloween and Christmas stuff but more natural pictures , ocean. Also, I wish that you guys could sell operations because 90 pictures. It’s good for one month and I don’t mind to pay for extra.

Customer service were great, they found a new courier who would ship to my location, and when i received a faulty unit they were quick to send out a replacement. Bought the projector for my young boy and he is very pleased with it.

I have owned a few cheap galaxy projectors before, so I was curious if this would actually feel different. The biggest difference is the moving scenes and the depth effect. It feels more like watching a little world on the ceiling instead of just dots and lights. The only thing I wish is that there were even more customization options, but overall it is a great addition to my bedroom.

I bought this for my daughter's bedroom because she was always afraid of sleeping in a completely dark room.

Before buying, I was mainly wondering if the lights would be too intense for kids. The projection is soft and relaxing, and she loves choosing different scenes before bed.

The color quality is stunning. Really vivid and rich. Photos don't do it justice.

This has provided time for relaxation and enjoyment while healing. I’ve enjoyed not only the graphics, but the sound ,and how very easy it is to control. The customer service was not a 5 star; but a 10 plus. They reached out to me answering inquiries, helping me with all the added questions I had in shipping this purchase safety to my home. Not only an excellent product; but that customer service means just as much to me how kind, professional, and prompt they were in assisting with this purchase.
